My name is J Phoenix and I am an exercise specialist with over 12 years of experience in the field.

I have experience working with a wide range of soccer players, from those just starting out to professional athletes.
My vast knowledge of the game and understanding of player needs allows me to create customized training programs that help my clients reach their goals (in more ways than one, of course 😉).

In addition to soccer, I am also a certified exercise specialist. As a strength and conditioning coach, I am able to use my knowledge to teach proper training techniques that help improve players’ on-field performance.
I am always looking for new ways to help my clients improve their soccer skills and I am passionate about helping others reach their full potential.
